Delivery Services

Standard Charges

As we have our own fleet of vehicles, we offer a free next-day delivery service to postcode areas beginning with CT, ME, TN24, TN25, TN26 and TN27, provided the order value is £50 or over. Orders to these areas of less than £50 in value will be subject to a £10 delivery charge.

All other UK mainland postcode areas are covered by a 48 hour delivery service via carriers as follows:
Orders under £50 = £10.
Orders of £50 or over but under £98 = £7.50.
Orders of £98 or over = FREE DELIVERY.

Many items are kept in stock but some items may have to be ordered directly from our suppliers, where this is the case a indication of the delivery time is stated. This information can be found where you submit your postcode when ordering.

Delivery Options

In addition to our standard delivery charges we also offer addition services which may benefit our clients. (You may wish to check stock before paying for additional delivery charges.)

Express Delivery
Guaranteed nextday delivery before 10.30a.m providing your order is placed with us before 12.00p.m. the previous day

Weekend Delivery
We offer a Saturday A.M. delivery on any stock orders which are placed with us before 12.00p.m. on the Friday beforehand.

Delivery Restrictions

Some items may incur an additional delivery charge simply because of their size or weight e.g. storage heaters. If applicable, the system will inform you of the extra charge when you view the item's details. Note that such extra charges only apply to orders which are to be delivered to a postcode area other than those covered by our own vehicles.
